Like some meme apps and websites, we need a website where one can use templates to generate parody CNN website headline screenshots and parody tv screen caps with user entered on-screen chyron/breaking news text.

They have to look real with font matching and everything. Since it seems CNN has a clown that runs the TV chyron, this would be a good way for us to pick at it. Someone with web talents should jump on this if it doesn't exist already.
