We'd have to be talking about a very small percentage of people. Very small.
Those people should be mailed an ID that's subsidized then. Assuming they are a legal citizen I think the cost to subsidize IDs for these people is worth it in order to secure our elections.
Give voters the ID's for nothing. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles in every state can do this, since they are set up for it. You can't vote in Mexico without a government photo ID - does this make Mexico's government "Racist?"
For the life of me I can't understand why black people don't realize how racist liberals are to them. Black people are too dumb to find the DMV! Black people can't compete in the modern job market! Affirmative action. Liberals treat black people like they are children. They speak slower and use simpler words with black people. It's crazy.

Those ballots should only be accepted if delivered to a counting station by a USPS employee by the closing of the polls. Photo ID should be required to register and to vote. Voter registration rolls should be purged after every federal election. Election day should be a national holiday and turnout should be strongly encouraged.
I'm OK with a notarized "going to be unable to vote on election day" statement to get an absentee ballot for civilians.
Election day should not be a national holiday IMO. Turnout should not be especially encouraged, except by the candidates themselves. If people don't care enough to vote at 6:00 or 20:00, or to go at all, then they are likely ignorant of the issues and candidates, and their vote is generally a curse on our Republic.
Also, no party or multiple listing on ballots. Just a list of Candidates for each office. Party should not be listed.
Voter ID is what we need across the USA. No more ballot harvesting, no more voting fraud. It will remove cucks like Beshear from office.

Every single eligible citizen has an ID. Every Single One.

Now how many of those people without IDs that also want to vote? I'd say about 0.
Also, if you don't have an ID, you don't deserve to vote. That's almost an impossibly low bar to not be able to cross.
