I guess weve already stepped into orwellian times and this probably won't make the difference but makes it easier for the next bill gates to microchip if the list exists on a federal level. No state could stop it. Thats what real ID was about. Since we have that I guess there is nothing.
But a national database already exists for so many other things and nobody is ranting and raving about it with those...
