The only way to end the 2 party system is to prohibit first-past-the-post voting. This way there would always be a run off election if no candidate gets more than 50% of the vote. This would take away the risk of voting third party.
But this kind of change, I assume, would require action from Congress, which is controlled by the two parties that benefit from first-past-the-post voting....

What the fuck kind of states put them in containers and take them somewhere to be processed and counted? Get some fucking machines and do it in front of the voter. Voter ID 2020. No more mail in ballots except military.
