Interesting how they never say WHY something violates standards or which rules it breaks. This is intentional - it creates a chilling effect, since nobody knows where the line is, and it also means that they can pretty much ban whatever they want. Much like laws can and many are written in such a vague way that enforcement is completely up in the air, letting certain people (like those with the last name Clinton) to completely ignore them while others get the book thrown at them.
