Look at the mass censorship reddit has undertaken at the behest of the Atlantic Council/NATO and the DNC. What has been done about that to punish that? Nothing other than a few people condemning them for PR purposes, like Fitton (don't get me wrong, he actually does great work) and Congressman Jim Banks. A small joke site (which isn't worth the effort of spamming) isn't going to accomplish much, and nobody is going to click on Free DNS links because it's spammy and suspicious as fuck looking anyways.
The best bet is to petition facebook to allow the original .info domain name, and if that doesn't work, give up, because there are better things one can do with their time anyways.
Let me know when you get 1000 people to carry out your pet project. At that point, why not just link someone to something incriminating that was in the wikileaks dumps rather than a Joe Biden spoof site? I have registered bernieforums.com and buttigiegbuddies.com but never bothered with Joe Biden for the explicit reason that he's not a threat, he's a terrible candidate, and most people don't care about campaign websites either.
