One of my favorites is a black college friend who grew up very middle class, married a black investment banker from an educated family, kids all went to Ivy League schools, great home, enjoying the best life any American of any race could imagine. Reaction to Reagan's election: "Well, I guess we're all going to be shipped off to Africa!" 36 years later her reaction to Trump: "Well, I guess we'll have to move to Africa."
