I agree, but i dont think its as good of a bipartisan argument. They are taking away more precious rights than the right to smoke, for a much smaller benefit.
That's true. What's really amazing is we don't do this for the flu which is more deadly every year for a wider range of people WITH A VACCINE.
Constitutionally, that's stuck on "natural born." You might get some leverage that "natural" also extends to the Hippocratic Oath.
Better yet, start allowing competition to big tobacco like it should be and remove the regulations.
