When you have confidence in yourself, the decisions that have been made, and the people you've surrounded yourself with. Not because you're 'confident', but because you have real information from people who are actually good at what they do, and you are actually good at what you do. I guess it's hard to differentiate between false confidence - which is basically a front, an act, where someone is pretending to have real confidence - or real confidence, which comes from actually doing things and becoming good at them and being able to recognize those qualities in others.
Imagine you have to spend two hours every day being quizzed by a bunch of three-year-olds. Would you get ruffled by their questions? Heck no.
Confidence doesnt come from knowing what will happen, it comes from knowing no matter what happens, it will work out.
