I'm in NYC, I was an early prepper and have been wearing masks since late January.

The leadership here has been fucking trash. Bill Deblasio helped spread this thing, Cuomo did nothing, and now I have to have my life and my career compromised indefinitely (I am a performer...doubt they'll be doing plays and concerts anytime soon, and our stupid fucking union is essentially BARRING people from working even if they want to).

While I support mask wearing, I do NOT support a MANDATE for the ENTIRE state. I feel like we are being punished for the incompetence of our leaders.

Wish I could leave but I have nowhere to go.
