As far as I have read in scientific publications, it is not shown to infect t-cells or have a reservoir in t-cells. Do you have any publications you can cite on this topic?

So it can get into t-cells (and may induce endogenous apoptosis) but it does not replicate inside t-cells and instead degrades.
