Useful, but note:

These results suggest that SARS-CoV-2 may enter MT-2 cells at 6 h post infection, but does not replicate, and then the viral RNA degrade.

So it can get into t-cells (and may induce endogenous apoptosis) but it does not replicate inside t-cells and instead degrades.
