I mean regardless of propaganda it's just a strange article to publish anyway. If shit is going down tension wise somewhere you would hear about a carrier group going here or there. Even then you wouldn't hear about a Chinese carrier group.

But to say a Chinese carrier just went off somewhere doing its usual thing?

I understand that CNN's ad revenue is so pathetically low, that on paper they don't have enough bank to stay on the air. So how do they cover the shortfall?
