The hospitals don't want CPAP machines that can be turned into non-invasive ventilators with a scuba mask and a cheap valve. The hospitals want $35,000 ventilators that will earn them $39,000 for every patient they kill with one.

We've known for weeks that ventilators are doing more harm than good, but hospitals and governors still demand them because Medicare (the taxpayer) will pay them $39,000 for every China Virus patient they allow to get sick enough to be put on one.
