I deleted my account a few weeks ago. The last straw was when I had to filter r/redacted on a weekly basis. Like clockwork r/redacted, r/worldnewschinapropaganda, and the 17 bernie cuck subs would constantly pop back up in my feed even after being filtered.
It really is sad. The site was a lot of fun for many years. It's where I found the Donald community and made a lot of friends. Somehow they slowly destroyed everything that was fun on it. Absolutely everything is political hivemind or just boring now.
The movies sub did a promo thing for Dune. The article was by Vanity Fair, and barely talked about the movie, but mainly commented on all of the liberal ideas and how the director is changing everything to make it less offensive, and even compared some character to Greta Thurnburg,
I mentioned that that made me nervous and usually movies that are supposed to be a fantasy and fun don’t do well when you inject modern politics into it. Dude- I got down voted into oblivion. They came after me so hard because I didn’t have a fucking boner over it, and that I criticized liberals controlling the movie. And I haven’t commented on anything on Reddit in months,
In my state sub, the hand wringers are slamming the governor (R) for his handling.
When I challenge them to give ideas on what they would do, it’s downvote city.
If these are the people that will take the reigns of leadership in 20 years, God help them republic.
My main account has been banned from so many subs by the authoritarian leftists, reddit isn’t fun anymore (now that T_D is dead).
I haven’t been on reddit for ten, but I did make it to 4, the century club (banned), and others.
I will likely pull the trigger on it this summer. But I feel as long as I can shiatpost and get downvoted for it, fight the good fight and trigger them.

But outside of a few subs the place is garbage. Even a lot of supposedly non political subs, it can get pretty bad and it's hard to genuinely interact with even non political content with the nagging thought in my head that the average IQ of users on that site is like 70.
Occasionally it can feel worthwhile to bring the fight to them. Even if you end up downvoted through the floor, if even a single person read my post and gets red pilled, its worth it. My problem comes with how discouraging it feels to debate these idiots and absolutely obliterate their retarded arguments and still have them not see the light. People are so brainwashed it's sad.

The Reddit archives have tons of great resources. It's a good place to go to look up some how-to's, figure out something for a video game, or something of that nature. As a daily discussion forum, it's cancer.
