County by county makes more sense.

We don't need a new round of infection, where we have current community spread, but where it's had time to die out or never really developed, we are good to go.

We do need the treatment guidelines to change, so that infections are detected and treated early, thereby avoiding hospitalizations.

I agree that county-by-county is more realistic. Even within states, it's wildly different among counties.

I'll suggest that it consider adjacent counties as well, especially in metro area where employees often cross county lines to go to work.

Yes open everywhere. The reason for the shutdown was to prevent hospitals from being overloaded to the breaking point. Which never even came close to happening. The goal isn't to prevent anybody from getting sick ever again. They have been moving the goal posts.

We can and should have good testing/contact tracing in place by now. We can open up, where the numbers are low, and the State is prepared.

Why have they not updated the IHME model since Monday? Previously they would update it daily or at least every other day.

Arkansas isnt closed. Governor has even denied mayors ability to issue stay at home orders.

Anything running limited hours/operations or is closed is being done at the companies discression. I think the exceptions are public schools and maybe restaurants.
