I've seen a lot of memes recently with bad grammar and I usually let it slide lest I be called a grammar nazi, but honestly this is a big issue. It's easy for un-redpilled normies and shitlibs to look at a meme and say "Oh god, they misspelled/used the wrong word, look at how uneducated all the Trump voters are" and that's one less person giving our views the time of day. Now even though most of you have it straight, I'm going to explain proper uses of a few words commonly used.
Your - implies ownership. "He's still your president."
You're - used as an identifier. Same as "You are". eg. "You're a cuck, Spez."
There - I shouldn't have to explain this one. "Yes reddit cuckadmin, that post right there!"
Their - implies ownership. "r/politics users are out of their goddamn minds."
They're - used as an identifier. Same as "They are". eg. "They're creating accounts on thedonald.win and glowposting to try to make us look bad."
To - self explanatory. You learned this in kindergarten. "There was an attempt, to make the president look bad. It backfired."
Too - synonymous with "also". eg. "I'm a former Democrat too. Fuck the DNC."
Two - a number. "Two terms, two genders, two scoops"
If anyone would like to add any pointers for the humble meme farmers, feel free to list them below. I hope this helps production in the Meme Warfare Division.
Could
ofhavePost titles too. We get a lot of stickied posts with typos.
Come on folks, double check your work!
Good looking out, Pede. I’d like to add than/then. “Than” is a comparison word. “Then” is a sequence or conclusion word. For example:
affect/effect
marshall/martial
cites/sites
My personal pet peeve:
Boarder- someone who rents a room
BORDER- a line separating two political or geographical areas
Remove the comma unless you're going for the William Shatner effect.
Capitalize the first letter of every sentence.

Thank you. A lot of stuff posted on here looks like it's from foreign children. Remember, this place needs to be better than Plebbit, not merely match it.
I regret I have only one UpTrump to give.
's shows possession, not plural.
Agreed.
At the risk of the Grammar Nazi label, let me add this. Ran vs. run. It's never "the government should be ran by competent people" or "the government is ran by incompetent people". It should be "the government should be run by competent people" or "the government is run by incompetent people". I see this mistake being made quite often on this site.
Man I saw one with “your” instead of “you’re” here yesterday and I damn near commented about it. I don’t want to be that guy but sometimes we need to be that guy.
It's quite sad this got so few upTrumps.
Amen. And spelling.
I feel your pain, fren
As someone who's not a native speaker, the tip that helps me a lot with your-you're, their-they're etc is: the apostrophe stands for a missing letter.
I still hate homonyms though.
No, it's called a contraction. An abbreviation is when you remove multiple letters of a word without using apostrophes, e.g. govt, mgmt, etc.
The worst one is that older meme that shows all of Hillary Clinton's victims and every single one that died in a plane crash the word plane is spelled "plain"... Every single time. and apparently a lot of her victims died in plane accidents, so it's on there an uncomfortable amount of times...
It's excruciating to look at and read. The worst part is that I've seen the same fucking meme floating around unfixed for years.

Dear Humble Meme Farmers, say whatever you damn well please, nobody cares.
It's well known, that geniuses are often poor spellers/grammarians. Shine on, you dyslexic diamonds!!!
The point isn't that we care that they're wrong, it's that it diminishes the impact of the meme.
"Look at those idiots talking about Joe Biden. What do they know, they can't even spell correctly! Ignore them."
That's avoided with proper grammar.
FTFY
shut up.
