The NY Metro area is the only problem. Trump had the correct instincts to quarantine that area early on. NY and NJ have 60% of the deaths. Trump got talked down by the experts on that. He needs to push to quarantine the NY/NJ area (letting people out only if they have a positive test) and open up the rest of the country.
