So one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to the shutdown, but one size fits all when reopening?

How could they possibly coordinate reopening with other states without relinquishing what best for their own state’s?

This goes against making decisions based on the reality on the ground in each of those areas.

This is what concerns me about these administrative regions forming up. States like Kentucky and Ohio (who’ve done an amazing job handling this virus) are going to be ready to open everything back up much earlier. But states like Michigan which have been a total disaster, are going to hold the rest of this pact hostage and stop them from opening.

Thats the plan!

Whatever protest took place in Michigan had zero impact. If people want to really protest, they will have to return to their normal movements en masse.

If Kentucky gets hamstrung, the populace will have to make a choice as a unit and respectfully decline to be compliant with the shutdown policies. Otherwise they will be at the behest of another state’s government.
