it may have to do with the file size of what you post. rule of thumb seems to be anything > 500K might be too much. could also be unsupported type. Jpeg/PNG. I don't think the native uploader supports GIF directly. If you have an issue uploading, try uploading to maga.host first, then post the generated URL as a "Link Post"
