As far as the Kelly vote: Idk, tons (1 million+ mail in ballots requested) of mail-in-ballots getting "lost" or "never delivered" plus it being a Democrat Presidential Primary (Bernie hadn't dropped out yet) was probably what did Kelly in. It should be illegal to have other elections during a Presidential Primary.
