I believe outside when social distancing isn't possible. It's not required while exercising. It will be interesting in how they enforce it on the homies on the east side and the vatos on the south and west side. The masks can be used to make it easier to commit crimes- or will the homies and vagos tell the cops to fuck off and refuse to wear them?
