Here's the way I look at it... elective surgeries are closed down because we shouldn't risk the lives of the medical staff, from surgeon to janitor, because you've DECIDED you want a surgery. So, you can still CHOOSE to have an abortion during the dempanic, we're just not going to risk other people's lives because you want something done.

It's not a RIGHT if it takes away from somebody else.
