Can they even make you wear a mask? Need answer quick as cuck Wolf is "making" us wear starting Sunday. For a state where over half the deaths are in nursing homes. My township has 13 confirmed cases.
The Constitution, including the 1st Amendment, has had no power whatsoever in restraining power-mad Federal, state, and city governments. These governments arrogate ever more power to themselves, and half of America merely goes along with it, obeying the "laws", while the other half cheers for more government power. Something has to break soon, or we will be a Communist country. We are not voting our way out of this. The Constitution will not save us, and our President Trump has only one more term, at most. I'm not even sure a recourse to arms will save us. God help us, because the government won't.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

" equal protection of the laws "
When stating home depot can open but not a local bar, there is no equal protection, and certainly no right of peacable assembly.
I haven’t either but I’m betting you’ll see something similar to the US Constitution’s first amendment in it. That’s where the state gets its freedom of speech/assembly/etc
The premise that states don't have to abide by the first amendment? The supreme court has enforced the first amendment on the states using the 14th. You can say they weren't properly ratified for one reason or another, but they have been used as if they are in any case.
It also limits States in Article 6. Search for "Supremacy Clause" for more info, but it has held up in the US Supreme Court many times that state laws, constitutions, courts, etc. are all subordinate to the US Constitution.
You're right that you have to take it up with your state first, but I foresee many lawsuits after this and the court system will not allow states to trample on the right for assembly.
Fuck off troll. The US Constitution overrides state and local governments decisions to deny us the rights provided in it. If my local state says I can't utter the words "Illegal Aliens" that is unconstitutional and I'll continue to say it regardless of what they say I can or cannot say.
I read your post history. You are simply a Liberal, probably from Reddit, who is trying to stir up shit. I see right through you.

And why did Wolf say we will just do whatever NY decides? Can we recall him? I want to be able to buy some whiskey!
Cause he's a do nothing accomplish nothing dumb fuck.
I need an answer as well. Can a county judge mandate the wearing of masks?
Yeah are they gonna really physically restrain me if I try to enter without one?
You forgot the postscript of the Constitution where it says that everything is invalidated if there is a big bad virus
And by "big bad" you mean "kinda a little bad"

Any law restricting your freedom of travel and liberty is unconstitutional.
Add these other amendments:
4th
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It's 8am now, does it still say that?
UNLESS there's a flu going around, in which case the constitution is null and void - the bill of rights according to liberals, probably
Given this law, how can they make us wear face masks like they are doing in my state.
The purpose of the constitution is to place limitations on the power of government.
The government foolishly believes their job is to place limitations on the power of the people.
Well said

Imagine being this stupid. In no way are you anywhere even close to being correct, and it's honestly sad.
So states can wipe their ass with the first amendment any time they want, is what you are saying?
Have you read Tennessee’s state constitution?
Not in it's entirety.
I haven’t either but I’m betting you’ll see something similar to the US Constitution’s first amendment in it. That’s where the state gets its freedom of speech/assembly/etc
I have read the 14th amendment. Can they wipe their ass with that one, too?

Nah, Leftists argue that Federal Law is supreme to the Constitution. That's where they are wrong.
Maybe I misunderstood you. Here's the proper order:
US Constitution
Federal Laws
State Constitution/Laws
This idea was defended in the Federalist Papers and solidified in the US Constitution. It has since been made precedent by the courts.
There's zero wrong with weed legalization.
You put in a negative context, IMO. Agreed those are state deicsions.

"No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States" - 14th Amendment
I didn't reference the "subject to the jurisdiction" clause at all, you absolute nitwit. Now I'm going to have to deport you for being a faggot.
I didn't mention Trump either. Who the fuck are you arguing with?
Exactly.
