Form his own Law Enforcement Group. He IS the Head of all Law Enforcement so he can do what he wants. The check and balanced is that he could pay a price politically or via 'no funding next year'. But for now he should put his foot in as many asses as possible. Threaten Barr with "Either do your fucking job or I'll get my NEW Agency to do it for you." and then if he doesn't, form his own Law Enforcement Team to FORCE the FBI and DOJ to turn over records and if any refuse arrest them because, despite what others say, they're breaking the LAW. Most importantly, if any of his people actually read this site, he has Tens of Thousands of people who can help him do this and it can be done almost overnight.

Perhaps I'm wrong but the money allocated in the current legislation for the PPP is a set amount. Additional funds requires a new bill to be passed so he can sign it. New bill requires Congress.

We do fairs until the early fall. We live on what we make during the season until the next spring when we go back out on the road. We had funds to travel to the southwest to start our season. We were in pretty good shape. Now we have the helicopter money to live on until next spring.
Remember it costs a lot of money to start the whole shebang up again on all sorts of levels. From large firms to small ventures like ourselves.

Time to introduce a bill that will reduce all government pay 25% till employment reaches the end of 2019 levels. Congress salaries are protected by the Constitution, so their salaries will be reduced by 50% after the November election.
Also eliminate Congressional franking, the gym, post office, free airport parking, bank etc. and require congress to fund their own 401Ks and eliminate the golden Obamacare health plan they have.

Someone within each Secret Service detail should be like a mini- Inspector General who, in the back ground, keeps tabs on all these sorts of things and routinely reports suspicious national security risks (like affairs, shady car rides with coke dealers, hotdogs and pizza..etc)
