If the president orders the House to convene and Pelosi still refuses to go to work, can President Trump finally lock her ass up and let Steny Hoyer take over her duties?
Or would that require invocation of the Insurrection Act?
They'll blame him no matter what he does so maybe, just maybe, he should just go ahead and do what matters. Consequences be damned. The damage he can inflict if he just goes ahead and does shit like a Berserker will wreck them for at least Half a Century if not more.

Doing that thing he said he was going to do would allow him to appoint his cabinet positions but do nothing for passing the legislation to fund the PPP.
All Legislation required to fix and run this country is already written and in place. He could shut them all down until after the election and get tons of shit done without them. Their jobs are to write Laws...not policies. Policies are up to the Executive. They can advise him and tell him they don't like the Policy and won't fund it next year but they CANNOT Legislate it. It's Checks and Balances not "Do what we say because WE'RE the real government and not you!". I've been preaching for years now that he's got more power than he realizes and that he can basically fix 80-90% of the problems using the Executive Office Powers. He can form his own Malitia. Form his own Law Enforcement Group. He IS the Head of all Law Enforcement so he can do what he wants. The check and balanced is that he could pay a price politically or via 'no funding next year'. But for now he should put his foot in as many asses as possible. Threaten Barr with "Either do your fucking job or I'll get my NEW Agency to do it for you." and then if he doesn't, form his own Law Enforcement Team to FORCE the FBI and DOJ to turn over records and if any refuse arrest them because, despite what others say, they're breaking the LAW. Most importantly, if any of his people actually read this site, he has Tens of Thousands of people who can help him do this and it can be done almost overnight.
I remember when that Q bullshit started a little before the election and right after. I got all excited because I knew the powers the executive had. I actually thought that he/they were going to use them. They didn't. That's how I concluded Q was bullshit and that they were "Nerfing" Trump with disinformation telling him he wasn't allowed to do X, Y or Z when he damn well could. All that Q Crap about Military Tribunals and whatnot? Yeah, he could do that all tomorrow if he wanted to. He's got people to help. But they're all on the outside looking in. He needs to fire all of these fuckers and replace them with skilled operators. Oh, and tell the Intel Groups that if they want to keep their toys and status then cooperate. If not, they get the ax too!
Perhaps I'm wrong but the money allocated in the current legislation for the PPP is a set amount. Additional funds requires a new bill to be passed so he can sign it. New bill requires Congress.
I give you 100 Million Dollars to do X because you asked for it to do X. You then decide you don't wan't to do 100 Million Dollars worth of X, only 25 Million. Now you've got 75 Million to do whatever the hell you want to do. If Obama could do it....so can Trump.
