Keep an eye on Kentucky to see how their veto-proof majority Republican state house reacts to Beshear's kicking the can down the road. If they continue to sit on their hands, you'll probably want to look elsewhere.

They stopped him trying to remove voter ID laws. The AG also stopped Beshear from sending state police to harass churchgoers during Easter. Beshear sent out stormtroopers to put "notices of self-quarantine" on anyone they "caught" going to church services, but the notices have no legal standing and can't be enforced.

Plus they took action to shut down a Louisville abortion clinic (the only one in KY) that the governor considered "essential" during the shutdown. Meanwhile some people couldn't even get in to regular doctor's offices and veterinarians were told they could only treat sick or injured animals. We have a good relationship with our vet who provides regular preventative treatments for our dog, so we got her in, but they confided in us that they're being forced to turn most pets away.

Trust me, I think a lot of Kentuckians are keeping a close eye on how the legislature handles Beshear. Still a lot of crap politicians here but it beats where I moved from five years ago by a long-shot. It's a damn shame Bevin ran such a terrible campaign and that teachers can so easily be lied to and bought off.

We moved here 5 years ago too. We're staying put. One of the last counties to have any cases of covid, which is a good measure of how long it takes the city rats to scurry.

I'm so glad to be a part, too. I moved here from cucked-as-fuck New England almost a decade ago. Best decision I ever made. Especially looking back at how awful my home state has gotten. Ugh. Kentucky people are the best and I will always repay them by voting against libtards every chance I get!

Thanks for having us...and for giving us a place to come. I promise you I didn't come here to change a thing (except maybe help make it a deeper Red.)

My quick review of States to consider: either of the Dakotas. I predict they'll have a surge in economy. TX.FL. AZ. (If you can take the heat of the southern latitudes) KS? UT?

We really need patriots in TX. That's our main battleground. Here's an article that's worth bookmarking to refer back to in your search:

What each Governor said recently on the topic. Warning: author is cucked. IF it reports what the Governors actually said, that part is useful.

WY is a gorgeous State! Not too keen on people staying longer than just dropping $ as tourists though. I suppose if you introduce yourself as not a Commiefornia fag and a strong conservative voter they might warm up a bit. I'm not sure about Idaho politics, but it has gorgeous scenery and great skiing too. The open spaces of WY and especially above treeline would be great for using a large kite to propel you on skis. NPW (Nasa power wing) is great for safe pulling you along. Folds up so small you can have 4 different sizes in your pocket so you get maximum power to bring you uphill without being overpowered.

If you're not at a north latitude already you really have to do something to get out in the snow and have fun with it, otherwise you go stir crazy through the long winter. Regular buy a lift ticket type skiing isn't so crowded and expensive as CO or UT, but the sport is downright cheap if you "earn your turns."
