Exactly 1000 not like 1012 or some believable number but exactly 1000.

Reminds me of their Material Test Reports on steel. The yield and tensile strength somehow always ended up being the exact number your specification called for. I never saw any other heat number that had EXACTLY 110,000ksi yield except for Chinese material. Somehow it never quite tested to the same numbers when we had quality issues.

1,000 is the lowest quantity that they count bodies in china. Too many people to bog down in lesser minutia.

Most countries use a base 10 counting system China uses base 1000
