Agree but Harris' comment is also very superficial. Trump's threat could be as much about sending a message as about immediately following through. Now he has no reason to send a message to Pelosi; she wouldn't listen or care. So the message is to McConnell.
McConnell has been the lowest of the low, pretending to work with Trump while continuously blocking him. Trump's message is that he's tired of the farce. McConnell has to decide if he wants to keep jerking Trump around and risk exposure or if it's time to cooperate more genuinely.
