All registered party members must move accordingly; nat'l debt will parceled pro rata; military equipment will remain in place (personnel could be difficult for the East, but then the West would lose the vast majority of movie stars [darn]); A balanced trade agmt would be put in place; sports will be the most difficult area to work out.
