I honestly believe 10-25 million Americans would test positive for antibodies if everyone was tested right now, which is in line with the Stanford test percentages. This would mean you have a less than 1% chance of feeling sick enough to be tested. So ya, open America back up.
Yeah I just read about that Stanford test. I think what this is, its a very highly contagious cold that does nothing to the vast majority of people but hit those with pre-existing conditions (especially old people with problems) really hard in more cases. But our reaction was completely wrong. Should have told old folks to stay home and everyone else touch and never wash your hands for a few weeks until we all get it so that none of us will have it in 3-4 weeks so the old people can come back out.
We know people can have no symptoms for two weeks beforehand. We know the band symptoms can crop up within a week or two after that. It could be three weeks from now before these people feel the Wet Market Virus.
