You can generally tell the politics of the cartoonist even before reading the captions. This cartoon isn’t the best example but I noticed that leftist cartoonists are easy to spot because their political art isn’t very good, wit isn’t very clever and they just aren’t funny. Compare Jim Garrison to anyone on the left and there is no competition.
