Question about emergency declaration

We are still under a country emergency, right? Could the PA governor enact martial law because of the protest? Just curious

Yes he could. Is it wise for him to do so? No. I'm certain Trump will not support PA in that manner. Therefore, PA will not be able to use military force, only his local police. And, I'm sure the police do not want that either.

Yes, as I understand it, Trump has full authority based on the national emergency being declared nationwide. I think it was article ii. Section 3 they referenced at the briefing.
