She can see her career going down the shitter. She imposes what might be called a "whimsically Draconian" quarantine on her state, thinking the taxslaves would just obey ; then she saw protests and outrage. Not only will she NOT be Biden's VP pick, her odds of being re elected are dwindling.
The gridlock protest and Trump's three phase plan have been disasters for her politically. Notice how she's now trying to salvage her credibility by saying that Michigan will start opening on May 1.
These gridlock protests could be quite powerful. Imagine ten thousand pissed off San Franciscans all surrounding Nancy Pelosi’s mansion in their cars. Easy to see how that would get a politician spooked. No security detail could stop that. And then if they all started honking?
I could find only 2 counties that DID NOT have decreasing "new cases per day" for the past 2 weeks. We can go forward with Plan to ReopenAmerica YESTERDAY.
