Anyone who complains about anything these days is called a Karen. I got called a Karen for making a legit complaint once and it's a really fast way to piss someone off. It enables workers to ignore problems and be lazy. We are living in a society guided by memes and it's going to get a lot worse.

Needs to be a word for people who dont want to fix problems and belittle the complainers.
