Ouch. I feel for ya man. You won't see the Pack getting beat that much this year. Although I'd be surprised if they can keep up with the Ravens or the 49ers. It'll be interesting to see what kind of receiver group we come out with. I was thinking they just keep everybody and get tons of reps, but that idea is out the window with the shutdown. Lions seem to be improved already? Won't be easy to beat Chicago or Minnesota though.
I was feeling somewhat optimistic earlier but since we traded Darius Slay our defense somehow got a whole lot worse than it already was. Eagerly waiting to see what we do come draft day. Praying Chase Young somehow falls to us at 3.
Yeah ditching Slay was a curious move. I listened to an analyst or two explain that it was sensible, but those are in the minority. I've never paid attention to combines and draftees and all that before this year, lol. NFL.com has made the sport a lot more accessible and although they're about 90% hype there's still some good coverage. Seems like a bumper crop of talent to me ... what 2 days before the draft starts? It'll be interesting
