Yes provided that we don't copy the units from Warhammer 40k but make our own armored sci fi designs, and make the characters anthropomorphic frogs but not too close to Pepe. Both Games Workshop and Matt Furie have infamously vicious legal teams, aggravating both would be a nightmare!
