Capitalism kills by not providing unlimited medical care to people. You can only get what you can afford. You can only afford it by providing something that someone else wants

Communism kills by not giving adequate care to people. And your access depends on who you know.

Capitalists have laws that are enforced as justly as can be expected by human actors. People still die and the innocent are among them.

Communists have laws that are enforced as unjustly as humanly possible and the innocent are often targeted before the guilty.

People die working jobs they hate every day in capitalists countries, but before that they can go home and make their own decisions on what to do with the other 16 hrs

In communist countries, well they still die doing what they hate, but they dont have the freedoms we do outside of work.

So if you stretch your neck and squint I'm sure you could come up with lots of ways that capitalists killed more than 100 million people. But you'd be lying to yourself
