I feel for you. My mother-in-law was a barber, and not long after getting married, my wife said, "Let me cut your hair it will save us money, I know how to do it" Five minutes in she says, 'My mom always made it look easier to do than this". I had to wear a hat till I could get to a barber to get a crew cut, that was all the hair I had left.
Consider it a fresh restart, make that mop nice, shave it off, then grow all new hair, condition it, dont brush too hard so you get no fly aways. Consider it a new harvest.
Wear it proudly I am. Kung flu fighting haircut.

Hahaha this is not that hard. I'm sure there is a YouTube video on how to cut hair. I owned 2 salons. I still cut my own hair tothis day. It's easy
Right. Banged out my own with none of that YT BS, looked sharp.
She'll get better at it.
I have a pretty girl with a shaved head sheltering in my household, too.
Me, I'm growing mine out. I have lots of curls.
I just bought some clippers and gave myself a #4 buzz. Screw the fade, too much work and chance of messing it up.
5 along the bottom and fade it up maybe wasn't as fool proof as I thought

I cut my own hair the other day.
