Looks like pollen central for my allergies, I am thinking AZ is more my thing. I like some aspects of Nevada. Las Vegas mayor is good, but what is with their governor?

I had life long congestion until I went to a naturopath who got me off potato and sugar, that did the trick. Everyone is different. I still have some seasonal allergies, but it used to be year round suffering.

Allergies...try cutting out all processed dairy for a while, like 6 months-year. Also, no allergy pills. It'll suck for a while, but the body will figure out you're not dying and will adjust.

I'd get bad allergies from summer blooms and cut grass, but this worked for me and now zero allergies, so just in case it might help. :)

For me can sugar is the key, as in zero. Dairy I do fine with. I have figured this out over time, but I always react a little. Also I need to make up my batch of local honey and vinegar, very old remedy.

Interesting about the sugar. At the same time I was off dairy, I cut my processed sugar intake nearly to zero. That may have had something to do with it. But I do know that when I went back on non-raw milk, hay fever would return.

The rolling hills and crooked roads of Kentucky and Tennessee are awesome.
