Then we learned that they were almost completely not needed; 3,000 severe patients had been studied on all forms of chloroquine and all did well. Of course US Drs got even better results.
So Governors restrict HCQ to re-instill panic and death. These are not our friends. We are also being lied to, big league. That's not because they have our best interest at heart.
My only problem is the guidelines only state once that Governors can open a County at a time, rather than the whole State. This is not actively encouraged. If States wait until their most infected city can responsibly open before opening any part of the State, our economy collapses.
On April 1 all Counties with 0-10 infected people could've opened responsibly. As you say, there would've been a second wave, but there's no way it could've spiraled out of control. I keep asking people what the purpose of the shutdown was and if it was accomplished. People keep saying that if we open back up, we'll have a lot more infections and even deaths. I have to remind them, the shutdown wasn't to prevent infections or deaths but instead to manage the number of people who get infected and those who need critical care so that our hospital systems don't get overrun can create a second problem.

I only went out to work when I went out alone, and if I got sick from work, there's far far more concerns. I was present any time she was out. So whatever got her should get me sick as well. That said, I'm completely unaffected right now even though I am supposed to have a higher chance of getting the disease.
This is why testing is important. If they won't test her they certainly won't test you. You have no need to self-quarantine. You're ok to go to work. A Dr not testing her is basically giving you his diagnosis that she does NOT have the rona.

I'd love for testing to be available to determine when we are virus-free, and immune. Not as some badge to be able to enter society, but so we know we're not at any risk. That any developing health problem isn't the CCPvirus. It'd put some distance between us and this nightmare.
I'll also pass along a DIY possible remedy that's cheap: zinc doesn't get in our cells without help. Green tea extract theoretically can help. I have pills that are standardized for about 350 mg of EGCG (the active ingredient) each.
The Rx amount of elemental zinc is 50 mg. The zinc pills I bought are zinc gluconate, which requires 350 mg to give you that much. I don't at all know that 350 mg of EGCG is enough to let in this much zinc. My pills are 50 mg each, so it would require 7 of them to give the dose that's prescribed along with HCQ. I doubt green tea works nearly as well, and I've never tried more than 3 of these zinc at once. I do notice a difference with 3 vs 2 though. Green tea is a mild stimulant; no caffeine crash but take in the morning, not before you want to sleep. It's also an antioxidant, with other benefits touted.
That might help either of you sometime ... stay healthy!

Then once you're at death's door and struggling for your last breath if you can get someplace for medical attention you'll be allowed to have Trump pills. I posted on Reddit the other week that I got tired of the shutdown so I went to my garage, hopped in my car, and drove down a scenic route near my home. Didn’t even leave the car or anything, wasn’t even technically outside because my car was in my garage when I got in and I never left my car, or even rolled the windows down because it was hot and I had the AC on.

Last election in our primary, more than half the number of our usual total R votes got "lost" by the post office. That's how many our incumbent in our State Supreme Court lost by. I'd love for testing to be available to determine when we are virus-free, and immune. Not as some badge to be able to enter society, but so we know we're not at any risk. That any developing health problem isn't the CCPvirus. It'd put some distance between us and this nightmare.
I'll also pass along a DIY possible remedy that's cheap: zinc doesn't get in our cells without help. Green tea extract theoretically can help. I have pills that are standardized for about 350 mg of EGCG (the active ingredient) each.
The Rx amount of elemental zinc is 50 mg. The zinc pills I bought are zinc gluconate, which requires 350 mg to give you that much. I don't at all know that 350 mg of EGCG is enough to let in this much zinc. My pills are 50 mg each, so it would require 7 of them to give the dose that's prescribed along with HCQ. I doubt green tea works nearly as well, and I've never tried more than 3 of these zinc at once. I do notice a difference with 3 vs 2 though. Green tea is a mild stimulant; no caffeine crash but take in the morning, not before you want to sleep. It's also an antioxidant, with other benefits touted.

We have plenty of HCQ, the only ones hoarding it are Governors. 15 is a full course of treatment. They come in packets of 15. This is mass murder! These Governors should be physically removed, torches pitchforks and whatever else we have style. See them stand trial for mass murder and their every other act of tyranny. Also file civil suits that can go against their own money so that they die as paupers in prison. This is essential to send a clear message to future would-be tyrants. It won;t last 245 years, but it will last longer than 20.

They have, selectively. That's exactly what most Governors have done. When someone is diagnosed positive they are turned away from any treatment if they aren't at death's door. Then once you're at death's door and struggling for your last breath if you can get someplace for medical attention you'll be allowed to have Trump pills. By then your outcome is not as good as if you had been given Trump pills immediately upon your positive diagnosis.
Some Governors aren't guilty of mass murder like this, but most are even if they haven't announced it as Official policy to repeat Cuomo's mistake. We should physically remove all these from Office on the same day. See them stand trial for mass murder. It's perfectly legal to make a citizen's arrest if we stop a felony in progress.

I posted on Reddit the other week that I got tired of the shutdown so I went to my garage, hopped in my car, and drove down a scenic route near my home. Didn’t even leave the car or anything, wasn’t even technically outside because my car was in my garage when I got in and I never left my car, or even rolled the windows down because it was hot and I had the AC on.
The amount of downvotes and “Fuck you’s” I got hurled my way was mind blowing. They called me a huge asshole for that, even though I posed absolutely no risk. They want you trapped inside your home, these people are mentally ill.
But then when I told them I go to the grocery store every day because I like fresh meat to throw on my grill, they had no problem with that. Fuck them, their arguments don’t even make sense.

WI was a red State. Our legislature is fully R controlled. Last minute the polls were open in come the boxes of mail in ballots, heavily D weighted. Wouldn't you know it there just so happened to be just enough D votes to swing the election, so now we have a D Governor.
Last election in our primary, more than half the number of our usual total R votes got "lost" by the post office. That's how many our incumbent in our State Supreme Court lost by. Route carriers here know the houses they deliver to, as well as the neighborhoods. They could selectively "lose" R ballots if they wanted to. Or however it happened. Fraud like this has been happening all over the Country, don't think it can't happen there.
Removing hoops from basketball courts, shutting down all free association, using fear and uncertainty in the mass media and in official communication, bribing citizens into becoming informants - this is our punishment by the managerial class for supporting Trump.
The managerial class are the house servants to the mega-wealthy. They maintain the buffer between the ultra-rich and the growing class of peasants. This virus is turning America into just another failed South American incompentent authoritarian banana republic.
