Well they can't test everyone who has died, because they don't have enough tests. They assume everyone that dies had it. Sound like a scam to me.

Yup, who assumes it? What did they base their assumptions on? Nobody fucking knows

because they don't have enough tests

Where the fuck did you hear that? There's a "shortage of test kits" just like there's a "shortage of ventilators", which is to say there isn't one. Just more bullshit and hysteria from the media.

The only reason to add "presumed" ChinaFlu cases to the death toll is a) laziness and b) to deliberately inflate the number.

More Blatant criminal behavior that will go unpunished .

In the US, if you get run over by a car but had a slight cough at the time, it gets counted as a ChinaFlu death.

In China, if you have ChinaFlu but die from a CCP bullet to the head, it's like you never had ChinaFlu at all. Amazing!

My guess is lower level law enforcement can't keep up with the rampant fraud since justice departments are in on it.

My wife and I just got through having the virus. Also three others I know. Only two were allowed testing, being first responders. The overwhelming majority of people sick will never be allowed a test or counted officially. As we've seen in Boston and in Cali, 3-4.5% have been exposed enough to form antibodies. There's a lot of guesswork and shaky modeling posing as facts.
