When someone says you're putting other people at risk, tell them that those other people should choose to stay home if they're worried about it.

PoorMansPsychiatrist 34 points ago +35 / -1

Exactly. Stay home from the scary germs.

If people are scared of the coronavirus, wait till they get a load of the rhinovirus.

I heard the hippocampovirus will really mess you up. I saw a terrible victim on TV once. You don't want to be her.

My wife, parents, one of my nephews and in-laws are high risk. As such I've chosen to isolate. I made that decision before my dipshit governor encroached on our rights and in the next week or two I'll be ready to come out of isolation because weather is warm and the spread in our area is minimal. I expected the wackadoos to react like retards to this but the general population asking for governor's to shit on their rights is blowing my mind.

You assessed your own risk and the risk to those around you. You did the right thing. Health to you and your family.

The WHO says masks don't work. Therefore, I'm inclined to believe they do and people should absolutely wear them. But voluntarily! Taiwan shows us that if everyone wears masks you don't have to shut down your whole economy to strongly contain this thing.

"wear a mask. If not for you, for others."

No.

They will claim that on top of being deplorable, racist, -yada yada-, you're all biological weapons terrorists

Natural hair color, sunglasses, hat and white bandana is the normal leftist woman?

Good to know, all along I thought it was wild hair colors, overweight, half shaved head, with numerous facial piercings and inapropriate clothing choices for the situation.

JediMasterPepe 10 points ago +10 / -0

God, I hate face piercings..

if you look closely she does have a nose ring.

But other than that she is pretty enough.

The gov’t can’t force you to buy a product in order to leave your home

Our mask "requirement" went into effect Saturday. I went to the market today with a turtle fur around my neck just in case the store clerks didn't let me in I could pull it up and around my nose. I walked in, shopped, passed old ladies and clerks, checked out and left without covering my face. No one saod a word.

I have a problem. I believe that generally, but when rights come into conflict, like the rights of mothers and the rights of unborn, accommodations have to be made. But they should be very limited and temporary if possible.

In real estate, it is the concept of lateral support. You can't dig a hole on your property that causes your neighbors property to collapse. Even though you aren't trespassing. So there is a basis for some responsibility for your neighbors when there is a conflict of rights.

We were taught that your rights end at the tip of your nose.

Please don't think I'm supportive of overreach. I'm just saying there are no absolutes when more than one person is involved.

I’m fine with masks. I’d wear one in public anyways just so people wouldn’t freak and be annoying.

The lockdowns need to go however. One good thing about this lockdown is that we’re getting a good reality check. These politicians forgot their place. Thank God for the 2A.

The fact that we are blowing up our economy across the country because people over 80 and in NYC are at higher risk of mortality.

Emergen-C up, and let the world function again.

I was all for encouraging quarantine when ewe thought the mortality rate was 10% and there was no effective treatment. But the antibody test indicates much more widespread exposure (which I suspected, but couldn't prove) which actually indicates a dramatically lower mortality rate and there is an effective and inexpensive treatment which when used reduces mortality even more.

Just shut down the shills for Big Pharma who are devilish in their attacks on the cure because they can't make money off of drugs which have passed into public domain.

My doctor would have to give me the alternative antibiotic because of pre-existing conditions, but that's it. 90 percent of those hospitalized wouldn't have to be if treated early.

Have the quick tests available at the doctor's office, treat if positive, and go back to living our lives.

Shoot the politicians and money grubbers who are killing people by denying the cure.

ps Ventilators are killing people far more efficiently than the virus. Change protocols.

We should have just done masks and nothing else - but masks should have been VOLUNTARY. If people were encouraged to wear masks - and stores could say hey wear a mask that would have been enough.

Not that it REALLY matters though - NYC is where all the disease spread and that's because they jammed people on trains and created legions of super spreaders.

Is that the same rad girl from I think the Berkeley counter antifa protest who wore the MAGA cap and Pepe shirt that said Shadilay?

3
blah246890 3 points ago +3 / -0

I find this hilariously hypocritical. SO it's okay for their own to scream "my body, my choice" but when a conservative says the same, they make fun of her.

The government should encourage people to wear masks but not legally mandate it. Let private owned business decide whether or not they want customers without masks to enter.

Always, without fail, a smoke show.

This goes to confirm what we all already knew, we’ve got the DIMEST ladies on our side!!

gargoyle -1 points ago +1 / -2

Just because the lockdowns are ridiculous and unconstitutional doesn't mean we shouldn't wear masks. There are a lot of countries that have ONLY worn masks and put almost no other restrictions in place, and have kept cases and deaths extremely low.

If everyone had worn masks on the NYC subway, it probably would have divided the NYC deaths by 100.
