I made that decision before my dipshit governor encroached on our rights and in the next week or two I'll be ready to come out of isolation because weather is warm and the spread in our area is minimal. The WHO says masks don't work. Therefore, I'm inclined to believe they do and people should absolutely wear them. But voluntarily! Taiwan shows us that if everyone wears masks you don't have to shut down your whole economy to strongly contain this thing.
When someone says you're putting other people at risk, tell them that those other people should choose to stay home if they're worried about it.
