Unless if his weapons were on bipods, there's no way he'd be as accurate as he was from that far away, even on a large crowd. And as far as I'm aware, bump-stocks can't function properly when bipoded or the weapon is mounted.

Most likely shooters were on at least one helicopter in the area. Advanced audio analysis shows that this is likely.
Several vets identified the weapon firing as one specific fully auto gun they trained with. Yes, I know the audio contains echo that makes this hard to identify. They listened to it with that removed effectively by software, as well as au naturale.
We may never know what really happened or why, but we know the official version can't possibly be true.
