Next step is to keep the momentum by having our small businesses clawing back production from China. Revenue not subject to IRS taxation for first first two years could be a strong incentive.

I'm pretty sure the purpose of the IRS is to squash small business to keep them from getting big enough to afford the talent needed to defend themselves from the IRS.

That's the whole purpose of government. I swear the problem we have is 99% of people go and take Econ 101, learn about externalities, then run around shouting "regulate all the things!" Nobody bothers to take Econ 102 where we talk about regulatory capture.
