I think some governors took it way too far (can't buy seeds?) and are reaping the social unrest that came with their poor decision. Unfortunately, social unrest itself spreads like a virus and has hit other states like Texas that has been far more reasonable. Staged re-opening is absolutely the way to go.

Yes, they created a pressure that had to escape. Many states have gone too far. I watch the Dark Horse podcasts for reasonable analysis of the biology of Covid. They are two leftist progressives and clearly see the extreme illogic to many measures like keeping people out of nature. Texas was more restrictive than here in Utah, I was kind of surprised.
