yup and then get arrested when the local government sends the cops out to pick off protesters and make examples of them. congrats, you just got an arrest record, might end up losing your job if you still have one (because many employers will drop you like a bad habit if they hear you got arrested to protect their own image) and are actually acting in bad faith. the way you can argue in good faith is respecting the social distancing despite how tyrannical it is, showing a willingness to comply with the government as long as they're being reasonable. even though you should if you just go in guns blazing and refuse to comply with everything. To be at all effective you have to show some good faith effort to be willing to be reasonable while expecting your elected officials to do the same
There is NO LAW that says 6 foot is a law or masks are a law -- nor is there an order of quarantine -- which means every arrest for protesting would be a civil rights violation and CHA CHING
Don’t say anything except for your desire to contact a lawyer
Have said lawyer tell the police dept. to explain exactly what law was violated
If they can’t do that (and they can’t), sue the department for wrongful arrest, the arresting officer(s) specifically for harassment, and government officials for creating the directives - the color of law clause would definitely apply here. Bonus round: if you’re not white, say they did it for racist reasons
If you lose the case, appeal it up to SCOTUS if needed
???
profit precedent is set that police cannot enforce anything that’s not an actual law passed a legislative body

Frankly, arrest is a best case scenario
This. Absolutely this. After arrest:
Don’t say anything except for your desire to contact a lawyer
Have said lawyer tell the police dept. to explain exactly what law was violated

Nah. Don't get arrested. Don't get sick.
It is pretty easy to go to work and not get sick.
Can't arrest everyone.
