The way I read the 2nd Amendment, it's like this:

Because a well regulated militia is necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The constitution makes no reference to some supposition that, in order to own guns you have to be part of a well regulated militia. That's bullshit. Basically the founding fathers stated the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Period.

All gun control laws and restrictions are unconstitutional.

These people are idiots. How could it possibly mean government regulated when at the time we were fighting against a tyrannical government? The founding fathers wanted the government to have very limited power.

A healthy breakfast, being necessary to the start of a good day, the right of the people to eat bacon and eggs, shall not be infringed.

doesn’t mean I can only eat eggs at breakfast time.

You bring up a great point and during a time of crisis (WW2) the federal government tried to supplant the militia with the national guard, however some more intelligent governors said fuck that we still need our own militias so title 32 authorizes state militias but few have them, they're called state guards formally. Problem is governors don't exercise the right to maintain a militia because there's no money in it and the national guard is essentially a federal force today making up 50% of the Army's combat forces. YET STILL, the militia is actually the people and there's no need for any government entity to activate, organize, or train the militia. Constitutionally the sole purpose of the militia is to protect the people from any and all enemies

Regulated as it’s used in the 2nd amendment is like regulating the air in a Hvac system. You don’t want all the air coming out in one room while others receive none. You cannot have a well regulated militia if the right to own firearms is taken away from one area of your country.

This and also the first part of the sentence is a clarifying statement. It doesn't mean 'only government run militia organizations get weapons' like lefties try to make it mean. It basically means in layman's terms 'because for example we need a group of armed regular civilians in every town and village to show up with their own weapons to protect against larger threats, the right of individual people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed'
