The guy who did this needs to be taken out into the swamp, beaten until he's broken, bloody, and swollen by a deaf man who can not even hear his pathetic pleas for help, and then he needs to be strapped down to the ground, on his back, and left for the predators. He has proven that he does not deserve to remain in our species, and perhaps the horror of such an end would terrify other monsters into compliance with our Law.
